The service department is great! I was not pleased with the young lady who checked me out. She was not aware that I was sitting in the waiting room and she was on her personal phone speaking about an event that had happened earlier to her. The vulgar language that came out of her mouth was very unprofessional! I understand she was frustrated but there is a place and time to have a conversation like that.

I had to drop my truck off on my way to work and was given a ride to work. I was called within an hour to say that my truck was ready and asked if I would need a ride. When I picked up my truck I was helped quickly and efficiently so that I still had time on my lunch hour for lunch! :)
