The problem was fixed, but only complaint is that the service department did not tell me what was wrong, and how much it would cost to fix it before they corrected the problem, or why my warranty did not cover the service. What if I did not have the money to pay for the service.
I appreciated how the salesman took the time to talk to me on a personal level. He also explained the car to me so I did not feel important details were left out. He also made me feel like if I have future questions or help with my vehicle I will be listened to and helped no matter how small the issue.
