i took my 2011 silver ado in for routine lube oil filter service. and when i left the dealership i could tell my vehicle had someone in it that had been smoking. i was very frustrated. my vehicle which i purchased new at John Holt has NEVER even remotely been smoked in. For a technician to do that really show a grave disrespect for customers vehicles. I had a relative there at the same time and her truck was the same way. she immediately notified the dealer but all that was said was they were sorry. I will give them one more chance since i have purchased my last 2 vehicles there, a 2008 Tahoe and a 2011 truck...

I had a damaged rim, I was quoted for 200 dollars to fix the rim and the tire, I was charged $275.00 or so for just the rim, the old tire was left in place. The salesperson led me to believe that the rim and tire were to be completely replaced for the initially quoted amount. I later discovered that it was a new rim and the old tire. All of this within the first 10 months after purchase; after the two original tires that came with the vehicle blew on the highway (within three months of purchase on a brand new vehicle). I was told that it was a sidewall defect, and that John Holt would not cover this, though I purchased every warranty available on the new vehicle in March of 2016. The tires were not included, though I was not informed of this until the defect occurred. I will be sure to check into any possible loophole with further purchases, if they are to be at the same dealership in the future.
